  1. Ernie, you and your staff are family to the residents that are in your care. I saw the love and care of everyone that took care of Junebug over the years. This made it easier for me to leave her in your care. The last few days were hard for me, but your staff was wonderful and helped me so much. She is in a better place now. Thank you.

  2. Our daughter has been a resident at Arbor Village for eight years. Arbor Village has been a wonderful place for Mitzi. The staff has always been very kind and understanding with us. It is close to our home, so when Mitzi feels like it she can come for a visit. Mitzi enjoys the barbeques and the activities they provide for the residents. Mitzi also says the food is good and we know that to be true, as we often visit in the evenings and join her for her evening meal.

  3. We have worried about my brother for a long time. I am so glad God made a way for him to be here at Arbor Village, where everyone treats him like they would their own family. I’m very pleased with ALL the staff. He never has a negative thing to say about anything. Thank you Arbor Village for being there for him.

  4. My wife, Maxine, has been in two other nursing homes; one in Jenks and one in Sand Springs. Each one of them sent Maxine out to the hospital, unnecessarily. We now have her in Arbor Village here in Sapulpa. She has had the best service and care from everyone here. I cannot say enough thanks to all the staff for the hours of care they have given my wife, someone who is held so dear by my family. Please accept my family’s gratitude and may God bless you.

  5. Our sister, Wanda, has been at Arbor Village since September ’08. She seems to be doing well there. She has gained weight and really loves the activities and games she participates in every day. She also has a daily workout. The restorative aide hunts Wanda down every afternoon and makes sure she gets her protein shake and crackers she needs every day for snack. Every employee there will stop and listen to us if we think there might be a problem, and do what needs to be done to fix it. We think it is a nice place for our sister.

  6. Around January 2009, I brought my father into Arbor Village for their help to take care of him because he was in poor health and couldn’t get around very well. The staff and nurses have been very pleasant and helpful to both of us. They got my father to live a healthier lifestyle than before. He is more active and pleasant than I have seen him in a long time. He plays bingo, attends the church service at the home, and just seems to be enjoying himself. He is getting some exercise now so he can get around better when I take him on outings. I want to thank Arbor Village for taking good care of my father.

  7. I am very pleased with the care and support that my dad and brother are receiving. They are both thriving in spite of their challenges. I am kept well informed of all their needs. The social activities keep them occupied. Keep up the great work. P.S. Charlotte, Tricia and Joyce are AWESOME!

  8. After having to place my sister in a nursing facility almost two years ago, I am very pleased with the choice of Arbor Village. It is neat, clean, and tidy and has a very ‘homey’ feeling which means everything to the residents. My sister now has a home away from home and I feel every confidence and comfort in my choice of care facilities. I would highly recommend Arbor Village to anyone who might place a loved one in a ‘care’ situation!

  9. Our family has had so much trouble placing Daddy in a facility that we felt met his needs and would keep him healthy and safe. Everyone was telling us what could not be done. The staff at Arbor Village were the first ones that told us what they could and would do. It has been such a relief to know someone is willing to step up and do the job, not just go through the motions.

  10. I wanted to follow up after the passing of my mother, Violet Mildred Axley. My mom was only in your facility for about a week or so.

I recall visiting with you briefly in the hallway just as she passed away on April 6. I’d relayed to you some positive thoughts regarding Arbor Village.

I want you to know again, how impressed I was by you and your staff during the week I was visiting my mom. You and your people are outstanding. I feel lucky I walked in to your facility; as I was looking at different nursing homes.

I have been in a business that encourages some of the largest companies in the U.S. and local small businesses regarding Employee Management, Employee Loyalty, and Excellent Customer Service.

Many of those companies I’ve worked with could take a lesson from you and your dedicated staff. It seems like a family working together to give those in need the best they have for each and every individual.

As well, Dana with Cura-HPC Hospice was an excellent addition to the facility in my mom’s time of need.

Ernie, I would have been remiss if I hadn’t passed this on to you and all those contributing to the teamwork and individual attention given to not only my mom, but others that I observed at Arbor Village.

If you ever need a recommendation of any kind, let me know.

    Thanks and Gratitude
