Who We Are
Arbor Village is a proud provider of long-term care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, serving Sapulpa and the Greater Tulsa metro area. We work with local families, hospitals and many other organizations to assist with long-term care and short-term rehabilitation placement decisions. Whether you are a case manager at a hospital in need of placement for short-term therapy for a patient, or a family member with a grandparent in need of long-term care, we know that the decision to place a loved one in a nursing home is a difficult decision, but we are here to assist you in any way possible to make the transition as seamless as possible.
